As a massage therapist, I’ve struggled with clients arriving sweaty, with beads of sweat rolling down their backs. I know Malaysian weather is hot but still. It’s frustrating trying to give a massage or having to clean them up under those conditions. Sometimes, I’m tempted to scream out my frustration, but I know that’s not professional. Instead, I cover it up with extra lotions and creams. Fortunately, I haven’t encountered anyone with particularly unpleasant body odor, but dealing with sweaty clients is still a challenging part of the job. I hope this reminds those going for massage to arrive earlier and cool off first before going in for massage.
